Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of SURFINTEL services. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing surfintel.com or using any SURFINTEL services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
SURFINTEL provides AI agent colony services (Alimangos), the Paperclip task management dashboard, The Daily Pinch social publishing tool, and related AI consulting services. Service scope is defined in individual service agreements.
3. Monthly Retainer
Services are provided on a month-to-month retainer basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. No lock-in contracts. Fees are billed monthly in advance.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to violate any applicable laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, distribute harmful or malicious content, or interfere with the operation of our systems or other clients.
5. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of your business data. SURFINTEL does not claim any rights to your content, operational data, or outputs generated by your AI colony. Upon termination, your data is exported and deleted within 30 days.
6. Service Level Agreement
Growth and Enterprise plans include SLA guarantees. Standard target uptime for agent infrastructure is 99.9%. Credits are issued for downtime exceeding SLA thresholds as defined in individual service agreements.
7. Limitation of Liability
SURFINTEL's liability is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
